- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Wooden Spoon
- 1 Silicone Mat
- 1 Candy Thermometer
Recipe Ingredients
- 3 cups Granulated Sugar
- 12 floz Beer
- 3 Tbps Light Corn Syrup
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Lighty Roasted Nuts
- 1.5 cups Lighty Crushed Pretzels
- Cooking Spray
Recipe Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat sprayed with cooking spray.Cooking Spray
- Set a large, heavy pot over high heat
- Add the sugar, beer, corn syrup, and vanilla and mix together. Bring to a boil.3 cups Granulated Sugar, 12 floz Beer, 3 Tbps Light Corn Syrup, 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until the sugar is dissolved completely and the liquid reaches a temperature of 305 F
- Remove from heat and mix in the nuts and pretzels.3 cups Lighty Roasted Nuts, 1.5 cups Lighty Crushed Pretzels
- Pour onto the baking sheet
- Allow to cool and break into pieces
