Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat sprayed with cooking spray.
Cooking Spray
Set a large, heavy pot over high heat
Add the sugar, beer, corn syrup, and vanilla and mix together. Bring to a boil.
3 cups Granulated Sugar,
12 floz Beer,
3 Tbps Light Corn Syrup,
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until the sugar is dissolved completely and the liquid reaches a temperature of 305 F
Remove from heat and mix in the nuts and pretzels.
3 cups Lighty Roasted Nuts,
1.5 cups Lighty Crushed Pretzels
Pour onto the baking sheet
Allow to cool and break into pieces
