Ingredients
For the Slow Cooker

Instructions
Slow Cook the Corn
Place the corn, coconut milk, butter, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and thyme in the slow cooker.
1 15-ounce can coconut milk,
1 small onion,
1 clove garlic,
1 teaspoon pepper,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
2 tablespoons butter,
5 sprigs fresh thyme,
4 ears corn
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
Drain and Serve
Lift out the corn and drain it. Remove the thyme stems.
Serve with additional butter and chopped cilantro, if desired.
