Ingredients

Mild Base

  • 16 fluid ounces tomato juice
  • 16 fluid ounces Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 4 fluid ounces malt vinegar
  • 4 fluid ounces lemon juice

Medium

  • 2 tablespoons ground cayenne pepper optional; add to the Mild base for Medium

Hot

  • 2 tablespoons ground cayenne pepper optional; add to the Mild base for Hot
  • 2 tablespoons crushed cayenne pepper optional; add to the Mild base for Hot

Nuclear

  • 4 tablespoons ground cayenne pepper optional; add to the Mild base for Nuclear
  • 4 tablespoons crushed cayenne pepper optional; add to the Mild base for Nuclear
  • 4 tablespoons habanero pepper sauce optional; add to the Mild base for Nuclear

Instructions

Blend the Chosen Sauce

  • Use a liquid measuring cup and measuring spoons to add the tomato juice, Frank’s RedHot, malt vinegar, and lemon juice to a standard blender.
    16 fluid ounces tomato juice, 16 fluid ounces Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, 4 fluid ounces malt vinegar, 4 fluid ounces lemon juice
  • For Medium only, add the listed 2 tablespoons of ground cayenne pepper to the Mild base.
    2 tablespoons ground cayenne pepper
  • For Hot only, add the listed ground cayenne pepper and crushed cayenne pepper to the Mild base.
    2 tablespoons ground cayenne pepper, 2 tablespoons crushed cayenne pepper
  • For Nuclear only, add the listed ground cayenne pepper, crushed cayenne pepper, and habanero pepper sauce to the Mild base.
    4 tablespoons ground cayenne pepper, 4 tablespoons crushed cayenne pepper, 4 tablespoons habanero pepper sauce
  • Secure the blender lid and blend the one selected variation for 5 minutes. Stop once if needed and use a silicone spatula with the machine off to move sauce from the sides.

Choose one heat level. The Medium, Hot, and Nuclear additions are alternatives, not cumulative steps. Nutrition is estimated for the Mild base only.
